  • Developed and executed annual fundraising plans and marketing strategies, meeting/exceeding annual goals for fourteen consecutive years.

  • Developed and led multi-year strategic plans, with the most recent surpassing all outlined revenue and board engagement goals to support the Student Impact Key Performance Area (KPA).

  • Secured JANJ’s largest grant of $1M to create and implement NJ’s JA BizTown Capstone program.

  • Established the New Jersey Business Hall of Fame as the state’s premier leadership recognition platform and event, which includes a high-end auction, 100-page tribute ad journal, and an inspirational and succinct agenda for 600+ guests.

  • Created multiple regional girl empowerment events known as Women’s Future Leadership Forums that since 2008 have been recognized by JA USA and replicated nationwide.

  • Oversaw the development team to manage 12+ A−Thon (peer-to-peer fundraising) events, two benefits, two golf outings, three appeals, all grants and stewardship reporting, as well as sponsorships annually.
