Secured JANJ’s largest grant of $1M to create and implement NJ’s JA BizTown Capstone program.
Established the New Jersey Business Hall of Fame as the state’s premier leadership recognition platform and event, which includes a high-end auction, 100-page tribute ad journal, and an inspirational and succinct agenda for 600+ guests.
Created multiple regional girl empowerment events known as Women’s Future Leadership Forums that since 2008 have been recognized by JA USA and replicated nationwide.
Oversaw the development team to manage 12+ A−Thon (peer-to-peer fundraising) events, two benefits, two golf outings, three appeals, all grants and stewardship reporting, as well as sponsorships annually.
